Delay condoned.

Having heard learned senior counsel for the rival parties at some length, we consider it just and appropriate to dispose of the present civil appeal by requiring the appellant before this Court to make a deposit of the user charges, including interest, if any, in terms of the impugned order dated 13.03.2015, payable upto 31.08.2015, with the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission within two weeks from today. All future user charges shall likewise be deposited with the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission within the first ten days of every English calendar month, following the month for which user charges are payable.

The deposits made by the appellant with the Maharashtra Electricity Regulatory Commission shall be invested in a fixed A scheduled nationalised bank. Disbursement of $\begin{array}{c}\n\text{Data: 20 root} \ 16:24:33 \times 15 \ \text{Boseon}\n\end{array}$ the deposits, shall abide by the outcome of the disputes between the rival parties.

The appeal stands disposed of in the above terms.

As a sequel to the above, pending interlocutory applications, if any, stand disposed of.
