UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Pursuant to the Court's order dated 11th March, 2014, the parties have verified the gold ornaments which were lying in the locker of Canara Bank, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore. Chief Manager, Canara Bank, Saibaba Colony, Coimbatore has also forwarded a list containing gold ornaments of Ms. Sunita Manikantan which were identified and verified by her and again kept in the locker, the aforesaid list be kept on record. -2-

As requested, parties are granted two weeks' time to file settlement deed. Post the matter on 29th April, 2014 at 1.30p.m. in Chamber. Parties shall remain present in the Court.
