1. SLP (C) Dy. No.22952/2024 is taken on Board.

2. Issue notice, returnable within ten weeks.

3. Dasti, in, addition is permitted.

4. In addition to the usual mode, liberty is granted to the petitioner(s) to serve notice through the Standing Counsel for the respondent/State.

5. Status quo, as on today shall be maintained by the parties.
