UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Appearance entered on behalf of the Respondent State. Learned counsel for the State submits that the counselling has taken place in respect of 13 seats out of 18 seats that were reserved on the basis of the directions passed by the High Court.

The respondent-State is directed to keep on hold 12 vacancies out of the 18 vacancies blocked by the order passed by the High Court till further orders in the present petition.
