The petitioner-wife has filed the petition under Section 25 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 before this Court seeking transfer of Case bearing H.M.No. 438 of 2020 titled "Abhishek Sinha Vs. Ruchi Sinha", pending in the Court of II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge, Family Court, District Patna, Bihar.

Despite service of notice, no one has entered appearance on behalf of the respondent.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and taking into consideration the grounds taken in the transfer petition, we direct the transfer of Case bearing H.M.No. 438 of 2020 titled "Abhishek Sinha Vs. Ruchi Sinha", pending in the Court of II Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, District a alpur, Madhya Pradesh to the Court of Principal Judge, "Familv Court, District Patna, Bihar.
