The office report indicates that the Ld. Counsel for the appellants and the Ld. Counsel for the respondents have failed to file the statement of case, although they have been notified to do so by letter dated 25.10.2013 of the Registry. Therefore, in view of the rule position cited above the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
