$1.$ Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, learned Additional Solicitor General appearing for the petitioners, submits that special leave petitions have been filed on 4<sup>th</sup> September, 2024 challenging the orders of the High Court dated 30<sup>th</sup> January, 2024 in IA (C) No. 2788 of 2023 in Land Acquisition Appeal No. 10014 of 2023 24<sup>th</sup> January, 2023 in Land Acquisition Appeal No. 11 of 2022; and, in view thereof, she has instructions to seek withdrawal of this special leave petition.
$\mathsf{2}$ . Considering the prayer of Ms. Aishwarya Bhati, the special leave petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all points available in law in the recently filed petitions.
