This transfer petition has been filed by the petitioner – wife for transfer of H.M.O.P. No. 571 of 2017 titled "M. Arunkumar versus Rathi Arunkumar" from the Court of Sub Judge, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of this case, particularly the fact that the petitioner would be put to considerable inconvenience in prosecuting the matter at the Court of Sub Judge, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu we think it appropriate to transfer the aforesaid case from the Court of Sub Judge, Tambaram, Chennai, Tamil Nadu to the Court of the Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, Digitally signed by Date: 2019.07.16 Signature Not Verified

Accordingly, the transfer petition is allowed.

The transferor court shall forthwith transmit the record of the aforesaid case to the transferee court.

After transfer of the petition, the transferee Court is directed to make all endeavour either for amicable settlement or for early decision in the matter without unnecessary adjournments.

Transfer Petition (Civil) No. 1541 of 2018

In view of the above order passed in T.P. (C) 1297 of 2018 this transfer petition does not survive for consideration.

Accordingly, the transfer petition is dismissed.
