UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

SLP(C) Nos. 14272-14281/2021

Service is complete on behalf of all the respondents.

Four weeks time, as last chance is granted to appearing respondents to file the counter affidavit. After expiry of four weeks, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court.

SLP(C) Nos. 4410-4433/2020

Ms. M E Mazumdar, Ld. Counsel has filed memo of appearance on behalf of Respondent No.5. Four weeks time, as last chance is given to file vakalatnama and the counter affidavit.

As per office report, Mr. Amalpushp Shroti, Ld. Counsel has filed counter affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 18 and 20 to 25.

Today, Mr. Amalpushp Shroti, Ld. Counsel submits that he has filed "NOC" on behalf of said respondents. Office shall verify the same. Ld. Counsel Mr. Amit Kumar Agrawal appearing on behalf of Mr. Siddharth, AOR submits that he will file the counter affidavit on behalf of said respondents.

Respondent Nos. 1 to 4, 7, 8 and 15 have already filed counter affidavit.

Service of notice is complete on respondent Nos. 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, 17 and 19.11 but none has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to respondent Nos. 6, 14 and 26 to file the counter affidavit.

Mr. Rohit K. Singh, Ld. Counsel has filed vakalatnama and memo

of appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4 without taking NOC from the erstwhile Ld. Counsel Mr. Amalpushp Shroti .

However, Mr. Amalpushp Shroti, Ld. Counsel submits that he has already filed "NOC" on behalf of above said respondents and in respect of Respondent Nos. 18,20,22,35 to 39 and 44. Office shall verify the same and report accordingly.

Four weeks time, as last chance is given to other appearing respondents to file counter affidavit.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner further submits that he will file appropriate application for exemption from serving the unserved respondents. Ld. Counsel shall within a period of two weeks do the needful.

SLP(C) Nos. 6915-6950/2020

Mr. Siddharth, Ld. Counsel has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Resident Commissioner (Employee Provident Fund) alongwith letter for exemption of welfare stamp. Four weeks time is given for filing the counter affidavit as well as for filing welfare stamp.

Learned counsel for the petitioner shall within a period of two weeks, as last chance file the fresh particulars of the unserved respondents and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to them within the same period.

Hence, learned counsel for the petitioners shall within a period of two weeks, as last chance file the fresh particulars of the said respondent and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period through the Ld. Standing Counsel representing the State of M.P.

Served respondents who have not filed counter affidavit so far, shall within a period of four weeks file the counter affidavit.
