UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R SLP(C) No.19589/2015 Fresh steps to be taken for service of respondent No.5 Item No.33 -2 within two weeks' time, as last opportunity. Notice thereafter be issued. Registry to submit report regarding the defects in the counter affidavit filed by respondent Nos.1 to 4 in the next office report. SLP(C) No.20019/2015 Respondent Nos.1 to 5 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined to them and moreover counter affidavit is defective. None appears for respondent Nos.6 and 7, despite due service. Registry to process the matter for listing before the Hon'ble Court alongwith the tagged matters, as and when ready. SLP(C) No.20027 and 20054/2015 All the four respondents have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined to them and moreover counter affidavit is defective. SLP(C) No.21920/2015 All the three respondents have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined to them and moreover counter affidavit is defective. SLP(C) No.24360/2015 Respondent Nos.1 to 5 have filed counter affidavit but after the opportunity was declined to them and moreover counter affidavit is defective.

Item No.33 -3- Two weeks' time, as last opportunity, is granted to the petitioner for filing application for amendment of cause title in respect of respondent No.6. Registry to process thereafter under rules. SLP(C) No.25390/2015 Despite last opportunity having been granted, defects in the counter affidavit filed on behalf of all the respondents have not been cured. However, Registry to submit report regarding the nature of defects in the counter affidavit in the next office report. SLP(C) No.26316/2015 All the respondents to file counter affidavit within four weeks' time. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to file counter affidavit in I.A. No.3/2016 in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court dated 20.9.2016, as such, Registry to process the said I.A. for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. SLP(C) No.26107/2015 Defects in the counter affidavit filed by all the respondents be cured within three weeks' time, as last opportunity. The Ld. Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he does not wish to file counter affidavit in I.A.
