UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Despite dismissal of the applications for exemption
from surrendering filed by the petitioner vide this
Court's order dated 3rd October, 2023, the petitioner has
not surrendered. In view of Rule 5 of Order XXII of the Supreme Court Rules, 2013, the Special Leave Petitions cannot be entertained. We, therefore, dismiss the Special Leave Petitions.
If the petitioner surrenders, he can always apply for revival of these Special Leave Petitions.
