This is an appeal by special leave from the Judgment and order dated 21st April, 2014 of High Court of Orissa at Cuttack in SA No. 53 of 1996.

It is submitted that Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal has been issued on 13.08.2014 through High Court to all 14 Respondents. Respondent No. 1 is represented by Mr. Ashok Panigrahi, Advocate. Certificate of service has been received in this Registry on 08.07.2015 from High Court stating therein that Respondent Nos. 5, 6, 7, 8 & 9 have been served personally, Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have been served by their joint living mother on 16.12.2014. In respect of Respondent No. 10, 11, 12 and 14 notice has been affixed on 16.12.2014 since they refused to receive the notice. Respondent No. 13 received the notice on 18.12.2014 (copy of certificate of service enclosed).

Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal is complete.

The counsel for the parties have not filed statement of case so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report for prefinal hearing.
