We have heard learned counsel for the parties.

Having perused the records and in view of the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we are inclined to direct transfer of aforesaid cases, namely, Petition No.1116 of 2013 titled as "Rawab Banoo @ Gulshan vs. Saiyad Zilley Husnain @ Asad & Ors." pending before the court of CJM, Muradabad (U.P.) to the ACJM Court Udaipur, Rajasthan, Case No.72 of 2014 titled as "Rawab Banoo Zaidi @ Gulshan vs. Saiyad Zilley Husnain @ Asad, ASHOK RAJ SINGH Signature Not Verified
