UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Ms. Madhavi Divan, learned Additional Solicitor General states that a Special Leave Petition, being Diary No.20192 of 2020, has been filed against the judgment of the Delhi High Court by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board and another Special Leave Petition is also in the process of being filed today.

It would be in the interest of justice if both the special leave petitions, as stated by the learned Additional Solicitor General, are taken up together with the present batch of petitions which have been filed by the private candidates.

The Registry is directed to list Diary No. 20192 of 2020, Diary No.20678 of 2020 and the Special Leave Petition which is being filed today on the next date of hearing together with the present batch of cases.
