These petitions have been filed against the interim order passed by the High Court.

learned ASG appearing on behalf of the Mr. $\mathsf{S.V.}$ Raju, petitioners submits that the next date of hearing fixed before the To Court is 12.02.2021. We request the High Court either to dispose of the writ petition(s) itself or take a final decision on the application on the next interim date of hearing i.e.

12.02.2021. In case, final decision cannot be taken on the above said date, a short adjournment may be granted and the interim application may finally be decided as early as possible.

With the aforesaid observations, the Special Leave Petitions stand disposed of.

Further, we make it clear that we have not entered into the merits of the case, which shall be considered by the High Court.

Pending application(s), if any, stands disposed of accordingly.
