The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.04.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Let the matter be listed on 2.5.2017 to enable the petitioners to obtain the occupancy certificate in respect of the tower in question. Needless to say, if the formalities are complete and there are no deficiencies, the competent authority shall act in quite promptitude.

At this juncture, it is submitted by Mr. Dushyant Dave,learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents, that the amount that has been deposited before the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission towards the interest component may be permitted to be withdrawn. Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed

that the respondents shall be permitted to withdraw 75% of the amount without furnishing any security, for we shall finally determine with regard to the rate of interest. Call on the date fixed."

It is submitted that Counsel for the parties have not filed any documents in view of the above said orders in the matter so far.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report .
