The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12.07.2016, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Last opportunity is granted to the appellants to deposit the amount within six weeks in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission. The receipt along with certificate stating that the amount has been deposited in full should be filed in Court. List the matter after seven weeks."

It is submitted that Counsel for the appellant has on 26.08.2016 filed proof of deposit i.e. copy of receipt of two Demand Draft of Rs. 41,28,993/ and Rs. 1,06,337/ that were deposited on 23.08.2016 with National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, New Delhi totalling to amount of Rs. 42,35,330/ (Rs. Forty two lacs thirty five thousand three hundred thirty rupees only) However, Counsel for the appellant has not filed any specific certificate to the effect that amount has been deposited in full.

The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court alongwith other connected matters on 27.02.2017, when the Court was pleased to interalia pass the following order:

"Let this appeal be listed on 10.4.2017."

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report .
