It is submitted that there are 12 common respondents in the matter above mentioned. Respondent Nos. 1 to 9 and 11 are represented through M/s. R.P. Goyal and T. Mahipal, Advocates respectively. Respondent Nos. 10 and 12 are served through High Court but no one has filed vakalatnama/appearance on their behalf so far.
It is lastly submitted that Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate for the appellant has filed applications for stay and the same have been registered as Interlocutary Application Nos. 56 of 2016 and placed with appeal paper books.
It is further submitted that counsel for both the parties have not filed statement of case under Rule as per Order XIX Rule 32 (2) of Supreme Court Rules, 2013.
Service is complete.
