" The respondent Nos.17 have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules.

As per tracking report, notice sent to the respondent No.14 has been received back undelivered. Hence, Ld.counsel for the petitioner shall file the fresh particulars of the said respondent within a period of four weeks and he shall also take fresh steps for the service of notice to him within the same period.

Service of notice is complete on the other respondents, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

List the matter again on 29.03.2017."

It is submitted that there are total 21 Respondents in this matter.

It is further submitted that Mr. Jagjit Singh, Chhabra, counsel for the petitioner has not filed fresh particulars and has also not taken fresh steps in respect of unserved Respondent No. 14 so far.

Service of show cause notice is not complete on

Respondent No. 14.

The matter abovementioned is listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
