The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 29.08.2011, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Delay condoned. Issue notice. Tag with SLP (C).. CC No. 12158/2011. In the meantime operation of the impugned judgment and order shall remain stayed."

Accordingly, show cause notice by Regd. A.D. post was issued on 27.12.2011.

It is submitted that there are total 28 respondents in the instant matter. Mr. Y.P. Dhingra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 613, 1522, 24 and 28, but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 15, 14, 23, 2527 so far.

Service of show cause notice on Respondent Nos. 15, 14, 23, 2527 is incomplete.

SLP (C) No. 6672, 6674, 6675/2012

The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10.02.2012, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

" Issue notice in the applications seeking condonation of delay as also in the special leave petitions. In the meantime, operation of the impugned judgment(s) shall remain stayed. Tag with SLP (C) No. 22252 of 2011."

Accordingly, show cause notice by Regd. A.D. Post was issued on 05.02.2013.

Service of show cause notice is incomplete.

Latest service position of each matters are as follows: SLP (C) No. 6672/2012

It is submitted that there are total 24 respondents in the instant matter. Respondent Nos. 5, 7, 8, 1013, 1618 are represented thorugh Mr. J.S. Manhas, Advocate but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Respondent Nos. 1, 4, 6, 14, 17, 19 & 21 have been served by Regd. A.D. Post, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf so far. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back from Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 9, 15, 20, 2224 have been received back so far.

Service of show cause notice upon Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 9, 15, 20 and 2224 is incomplete.

SLP (C) No. 6674/2012

It is submitted that there are total 14 respondents in the instant matter. Mr. Tushar Bakshi, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 17, 914, but has not filed counter affidavit so far. Neither AD Card nor unserved cover containing notice has been received back from Respondent No. 8 so far.

Service of show cause notice on Respondent No. 8 is incomplete.

SLP (C) No. 6675/2012

It is submitted that there is sole respondent in the instant matter. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back so far.

Service of show cause notice on sole respondent is incomplete.

It is further submitted that service not being complete and the matters abovementioned from time to time were listed before the Ld. Registrar on 13.07.2016, when the following order was passed:.

" SLP (C) No. 25391/2011 – Appearing respondents have failed to file the counter affidavit within the period stipulated under the rules. Service of notice is complete on the other respondents but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. Viewed, in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court, under the rules.

In all the other matters numbered above, the office report indicates that although by order dated 18.04.2016 of this Court four weeks time as last chance was given to the Learned Counsel for the petitioners to comply with the terms of the order dated 24.02.2016 in respect of all the unserved respondents, yet he has not done the needful within the period stipulated in the order. Viewed in that context, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers for further future directions. Await orders. List thereafter."

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken any fresh steps in respect of unserved Respondent Nos. 15, 14, 23, 2527 in SLP (C) No. 25389 of 2011, Respondent Nos. 2, 3, 9, 15, 20, 2224 in SLP (C) No. 6672 of 2012, Respondent No. 8 in SLP (C) No. 6674 of 2012 and sole respondent in SLP (C) No. 6672 of 2012 so far.

The office report on default in the matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).
