The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) on 25.02.2015 and 18.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order :

"Order dated 25.02.2015

Several opportunities were afforded to the learned counsel for the petitioners to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 5, 7, 11 and 12. Despite that, the needful has not been done. Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks eight weeks' time to enable him to do the needful.

Prayer is allowed.

An appropriate application for impleading the legal representatives of deceased respondent Nos. 5, 7, 11 and 12 be filed within eight weeks from today, subject to payment of Rs.5,000/ as costs, which shall be deposited with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre within two weeks from today.

Finally two weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioners to comply with the office report dated 22nd June, 2015."

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed application for substitution to bring on record Lrs. of deceased respondent nos. 5, 7, 11 and 12 and also not filed proof of deposite costs of Rs.5,000/ with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre so far in terms of Hon'ble Court's Order dated 25.02.2015. Two weeks time granted by the Hon'ble Court has expired on 01.09.2015.

The default on the part of the petitioners is reported to the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) with this office report.
