It is submitted that the Writ Petition alongwith applications above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 16.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"As prayed for Counter may be filed within five days from today. Rejoinder, if any, may be filed within two days thereafter. At request, re-notify on 27th July, 2015."

It is further submitted that in pursuant of the aforesaid order, Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama alongwith counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.2 viz. Medical Council of India. M/S Lawyers Knit and CO,Advocates for the petitioners has on 24th July, 2015 filed Rejoinder Affidavit after taking permission from the Hon'ble Court. (Copies of the same are being circulated herewith.)
