It is submitted that the Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned was mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 15.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Issue notice through Speed Post, returnable on 24.07.2015. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted to

be effected on Mr. Gaurav Sharma, standing counsel appearing for Medical Council of India. Tag with Writ Petition (C) 431 of 2015."

It is further submitted that show cause notice has been issued to both the respondents through speed post. Dasti notice in addition has been handed over to the counsel for the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has on 20.07.2015 filed proof of service after effecting service on counsel for both the parties. Mr. Gaurav Sharma, Advocate has filed vakalatnama on behalf of Respondent No.2 but counter affidavit has not been filed. No one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1.
