Application seeking permission to file special leave petition is allowed.

Delay condoned.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and having used the material placed on record, we are not inclined to consider interference in the impugned judgment and order dated 11.01.2022, as passed by the High Court of Punjab & Haryana at

Chandigarh in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 38016 of 2021, granting the concession of pre-arrest bail to the Father-in-law and the Mother-in-law of the present petitioner. Therefore, this petition is required to be dismissed. However, we leave it open for the petitioner to challenge the other orders passed in the matter, if she feels aggrieved of the same.

It goes without saying that looking to the nature of dispute and litigation, it is always open for the parties to explore the possibility of settlement in an appropriate manner.
