UPON hearing the counsel, the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

Ld. Advocate-on-record, Mr. T. V. S. Raghavendra Sreyas submits that in terms of the undertaking given on 18.1.2022 on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 4, they could file vakalatnama only on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 3 as respondent No.4 is reportedly dead and further Ld. counsel submits that he would be writing a letter confirming the details of legal heirs of respondent No.4 within a time of one week. Submissions are taken on record.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner, upon receiving the details of the legal heirs of respondent No.4 from the Ld. counsel for respondent Nos.1 to 3, shall have four weeks to te appropriate steps in respect of substituting the legal representatives on record.

Respondent Nos.1 to 3 are granted four weeks' time, as final opportunity, for filing counter affidavit.

The office report indicates that service is complete on respondent No.5, but none has entered appearance on their behalf. However, Ld. Advocate, Mr. Harsh Mishra on behalf of Mr.Nishit Agrawal, Advocate-on-record who had undertaken to file vakalatnama and counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.5 on the earlier occasion, submits that they may be granted one final opportunity of two weeks to do the same. The prayer is considered and allowed.
