Ms. Prachi Bajpayee, learned counsel appearing for the Government of NCT of Delhi submits that all the matters pertaining to lapsing of land acquisition proceedings under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 are being clubbed together for analogus consideration. She submits that this case should also be tagged with those matters.
