It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that the instant matter has been filed against the Judgment and Order dated 26.02.2016 of the High Court of Delhi at New Delhi in CM No. 7088/2016 in RFA (OS) 210/2013. The matter initially filed on 01.07.2016 is barred by time by 36 days. The matter was found defective and returned to the counsel. He has on 08.02.2017 refiled the matter after curing the defects which is barred by time by 196 days. Counsel for the petitioner has also filed and application for exemption from filing certified copy of the impugned orders (unregistered) and the same has been included in SLP Paper Books.
It is further submitted that in view of undertaking letter dated 08.02.2017, counsel for the petitioner has on 03.03.2017 filed requisite copy of order dated 04.3.2013 and 25.01.2016 and the same are being circulated herewith.
The matter alongwith applications above mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report.
