None for the applicant.

Despite last opportunity having been granted to the counsel $\hspace{0.1cm}\texttt{for}$ the applicant $\verb"in=$ $\verb|the|$ application for

impleadment to cure the defects, inter alia, including deficiency in Court fee, the same have not been cured.

In the interest of justice, one further opportunity is granted to the learned counsel for the applicant to remove the defects, within four weeks from today, subject to payment of cost of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with the Supreme Court Advocates-on-Record Welfare Trust.
