The matter above-mentioned has been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate against the Judgment and Order dated 25th July, 2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in VAT Appeal No. 4 of 2012 (O&M). There is delay of 617 days in filing the SLP.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition (C) CC No. 5886 of 2016 arising out of common order was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 12th July, 2016 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to adjourn the same and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the Record of Proceedings dated 12th July, 2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the Petitioner has on 4th July, 2016 filed a letter stating therein that the copies of the documents as pointed out by the Registry have been filed in SLP (C) CC No. 5886 of 2016, therefore, there is no necessity to file all those documents in the present petition. Copies of the letter dated 4th July, 2016 are already included in the Paper Books at Page No. 83.

The matters are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this Office Report. Dated this the 13th Day of July, 2016.
