The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. Vishwa Pal Singh, Advocate from the judgment and order dated 11th September, 2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh passed in VATREF Nos. 12 & 2 of 2011 dated 25th July, 2014 in CWP Nos. 24171, 19788, 20682, 20684 of 2013 and VATAP Nos. 17 and 18 of 2012 and from the Judgment and Order 05th August, 2014 passed in VATAP No. 14 of 2014 and from the Judgment and Order dated 11th August, 2014 passed in CWP Nos. 20170 of 2012, 20195 of 2012 and VATREF No. 23 of 2010 and from Judgment and Order dated 04th September, 2014 passed in VATAP No.114 of 2014 and from the Judgment and Order dated 11th September, 2014 passed in VATREF Nos. 12, 20, 35, 37, 39, 42, 44 and 53 of 2010 and from the Judgment and Order dated 21st July, 2015 passed in VATAP Nos. 4, 6 and 7 of 2015.

It is submitted that there is a delay of 573 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 11th September, 2014 passed in VATREF Nos. 12 & 2 of 2011. Contd....2/

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 621 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 25th July, 2014 passed in CWP Nos. 24171, 19788, 20682, 20684 of 2013 and VATAP Nos. 17 and 18 of 2012.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 610 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 05th August, 2014 passed in VATAP No. 14 of 2014.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 604 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 11th August, 2014 passed in CWP Nos. 20170 of 2012, 20195 of 2012 and VATREF No. 23 of 2010

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 580 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 04th September, 2014 passed in VATAP No.114 of 2014

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 573 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 11th September, 2014 passed in VATREF Nos. 12, 20, 35, 37, 39, 42, 44 and 53 of 2010.

It is further submitted that there is a delay of 237 days in filing and 235 days in refiling the Special Leave Petitions against the Judgment and Order dated 21st July, 2015 passed in VATAP Nos. 4, 6 and 7 of 2015.

It is lastly submitted that Civil Appeal No. 1457 of 2017 @ SLP(C) No. 4058 of 2017 @ SLP(C).......CC No. 2107 of 2017 arising out of common order is pending and was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03rd February, 2017, when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant leave and to heard along with Civil Appeal No. 9342 of 2016.
