UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Mr. Atmaram N.S. Nadkarni, learned Senior Advocate has relied upon the order dated 09.09.2022 passed by this Court in SLP(C) No.14845 of 2022 in which following order was passed:

"1. Issue notice.

2. Mr Ranjit Kumar, senior counsel appearing with Mr Pankaj Bhagat, counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

3. Counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder, if any,shall be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4. Pending further orders, there shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned judgment dated 22 June 2022 of the Patna High Court in Request Case No. 37 of 2022

5. List the Special Leave Petition after six weeks."

Issue notice, returnable in the second week of November,2022.

Pending further orders, there shall be a stay of

operation of the order presently under challenge.

Dr. Sushil Balwada, learned advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent. He prays for and is granted liberty to file affidavit in reply within two week. Rejoinder if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
