Issue notice.
- 2 Mr Ranjit Kumar, senior counsel appearing with Mr Pankaj Bhagat, counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
- 3 Counter affidavit be filed within a period of three weeks. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within a period of two weeks thereafter.
- 4 Pending further orders, there shall be a stay of the operation of the impugned judgment dated 22 June 2022 of the Patna High Court in Request Case No 37 of 2022.
- 5 List the Special Leave Petition after six weeks.
