UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Learned senior counsel for the appellants submitted that they would get instructions as to whether the appellants are willing to pay the principal amount if the respondent-State would waive off the interest payable.

Since the litigation is pending for a considerable length of time, learned A.S.G. and learned senior counsel/standing counsel appearing for the State of Haryana sought for some time to get instructions in the matters in order as to whether they could arrive at a one-timesettlement with the appellants herein. Hence, the matters stand adjourned to 08.01.2025.
