The matters abovementioned have been filed by Mr. M.P. Devanath, Advocate on behalf of the Petitioner against the Judgement and Final Order dated 5 th November, 2014 of the High Court of Karnataka at Bangalore STRP No. 213 of 2011 and STRP Nos. 91112 of 2012.

It is submitted that Special Leave Petition © Nos. 3618336184 of 2014 arising out of relied upon was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 7 th January, 2015 when the Hon'ble Court was pleased to direct issue notice and tag with S.L.P. © No. 23888 of 2013 and the same is pending for hearing. Copy of the record of proceedings dated 7 th January, 2015 is enclosed herewith.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18th June, 2015 filed applications for permission to file additional documents along with Annexure (Volume – II) and the same has been registered as I.A. Nos. 123. Copies of the same have been tagged with main paper books.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18th June, 2015 filed a letter stating therein that the copies of the documents dated 24th March, 2015 have been filed but the order dated 24th April, 2010 is wrongly mentioned as order dated 24th October, 2010 in the 'List of Dates' which he is filing now as Annexure P15 ( Pages Nos. 187243) in additional documents Volume – II. Copy of the letter dated 18th June, 2015 is enclosed herewith.

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
