It is submitted by learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner(s) that in view of the impugned judgment dated 10.04.2023 a fresh notification dated 21.08.2023 is assailed in the said writ petition as SLP (C) Dy. NO.30415/2023 assailing the judgment of the Delhi High Court referred to above has been filed before this Court in which notice has been issued.

Hence, issue notice to the respondents in the writ petition as well as on the interim prayers.
