Upon perusing the paper books, it has come to our notice that there is a delay of 178 and 172 days in filing Review Petition (C) No.2093/2015 and Review Petition (C) No.3742/2015 respectively and we do not find any justifiable reasons to condone the delay.

Even on merits, we have perused the Review Petitions and the connected papers carefully and are convinced that the order, of which review has been sought, does not suffer from any error apparent warranting its reconsideration.

The Review Petitions are, accordingly, dismissed on the ground of delay as well as on merits.
