It is submitted that neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of respondent nos. 1 and 3 so far. Respondent No.2 i.e. Punjab and Haryana High Court does not intend to engage any counsel in the matter.
Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3.
The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
