The matter above mentioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 18.02.2016, when the following order was passed :

" Last opportunity is granted to the petitioner for taking fresh steps for service of respondent Nos.1 and 3 within two weeks' time. Notice thereafter be issued. Dasti, in addition, is allowed.

None appears for respondent No.2, despite due service. List again on 3.5.2016."

It is submitted that fresh show cause notice has been issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 by Regd. A.D. Post as well as through Dasti on 09.03.2016. Unserved covers containing notices have been received back with postal remarks 'Addressee not available' and 'No Such person' in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 respectively. Counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit with proof of dasti service of notice so far. Respondent No. 2 i.e. Punjab and Haryana High Court does not intend to engage any counsel in the matter.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of Respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
