Service on respondent no.2 is complete but respondentHigh Court of Punjab and Haryana is not intended to appear and to engage a counsel.

It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps hence fresh show cause notice could not be issued to unserved Respondent Nos. 1 & 3 so far. Respondent No.2 i.e. Punjab and Haryana High Court does not intend to engage any counsel in the matter.

Service of show cause notice is not complete in respect of respondent Nos. 1 and 3.

The matter is listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
