UPON hearing the counsel through Video Conference, the Court made the following

O R D E R

CA Nos. 10367-10393/2016

In respect of deceased respondent no.1 in CA Nos. 10390 & 10392/2016 and respondent no. 2 in CA- 10393/2016 , learned counsel for the appellant has failed to file IA for substitution, despite last chance having been granted.

At this stage, Ld. Counsel submits that he is not able to trace the particulars of the Lrs. of the said deceased. He seeks and is granted two weeks time, as a last chance, to file IA for deletion. If same is filed, list the same before Judge-in-Chambers, for further directions.

Failing which, matter be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers, for non-compliance.
