UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

In SLP(C) Nos. 9360/12 and batch of cases Ld.counsel for the petitioner seeks service of notice of Union of India through the Central Agency advocate Ms.Kiran Suri who has appeared in SLP(C) Nos. 10349/12 and 10378/12. Serve notice and file proof.

In the above cases, it is further submitted that an I.A. has been filed for deletion of respondent Nos.8-34. Office may process it for listing before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers.

Another I.A. has also been filed to delete the names of respondent Nos.8-34 in SLP(C) No.25697/12. Office is directed to process it for listing before Hon'ble Judge in Chambers. It is submitted by the Ld.counsel for the petitioner in SLP(C) No.25697/12 that respondent No.4 has been served through Mrs.Anil Katiyar, counsel for the Union of India. It is submitted that proof of dasti has already been filed. Office to verify.

It is further submitted that advocate Mr.E.C.Agarwala proposes to appear on behalf of Western, Eastern and Central Associations respondents. Ld.counsel for the petitioner in the respective cases are directed to serve copy of the pleadings on the above counsel after vakalatnama is filed. The above respondent may file counter affidavit within four weeks.

In the meanwhile, all the respondents who have appeared may also file their respective counter affidavits. Await return of notice of the unserved respondents.
