The office report indicates that service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos.16, 18, 26, 28, 29, 31 and 35 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf. The office report further is that although by order dated 25.07.2014 of this Court six weeks time as last chance was given to the respondent Nos.1-3 to file the counter affidavit, yet they have not done the needful so far. Therefore, no further opportunity is warranted to be given to them on that count taking into consideration the rule position. Viewed thus, the matter shall be processed for listing before the Hon'ble Court under the rules.
