The applications above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 03.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"Efforts to settle the matter amicably have been failed. List for hearing on 24.11.2014."

Thereafter the applications above mentioned were again mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 07.11.2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following Order:

"The matter is taken up on special mentioning. As prayed by the learned Senior counsel for the Respondent, affidavit shall be filed in the course of the day and the same may be taken on record by the Registry.

CCTV footage of Gate No. C of this Court, pertaining to the incident in question and the footage of the corridors of the Court on the relevant date to be preserved till further orders to the contrary.

Affidavit in response, proposed to be filed on behalf of the petitioner, may also be taken on record by the Registry as and when it is filed ."

It is submitted that the directions of this Hon'ble Court quoted above has been communicated to Registrar(Admn. General) for compliance.

It is further submitted that Deputy Commissioner of Police, Supreme Court Security has given a letter dated 13.11.2014 stating therein that CCTV footage inside of this court complex has been saved and preserved in the CCTV Control Room of Supreme Court of India (copy enclosed).

It is further submitted that Sub-Inspector, Tilak Marg, New Delhi vide letter dated 11.11.2014 has also informed that the CCTV footage of Gate No. C of this Court and parking area in front of ILI building has been preserved in Tilak Marg Police Station. Copy of letter is enclosed herewith for kind perusal of Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the Order quoted above, M/s. Karanjawala & Co., Advocate/Caveator has on 07.11.2014 filed affidavit. Copy of the same is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not filed any affidavit of response so far.

The applications above-mentioned are, therefore listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
