PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CRL.) NO.324 OF 2015

It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are five respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that. M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocate has already entered caveat, vakalatnama/appearance & Counter Affidavit on behalf of the Respondent No.1. Copy of the counter affidavit has already been included in the Special Leave Petition Paper Books for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocates has filed vakalatnama/appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 3 & 4. Copy of the Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that duly signed AD Card has been received back in respect of Respondent No. 2 but no one h as entered vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent no. 2 so far.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved envelope containing notice has been received from the Respondent No. 5/State of Himachal Pradesh.

Service of Show Cause Notice is incomplete in respect of Respondent No. 5/State of Himachal Pradesh.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CRL.) NO.325 OF 2015

It is submitted that the instant matter is an after notice matter and there are 11 respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that. M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocate has already entered caveat & Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of the Respondent No.7 and the counsel has also on 26.02.2015 filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 6 & 9.

It is further submitted that M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocates has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1,5,6 & 9. Copy of the Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that neither A.D. Card nor unserved envelope containing notice has been received from the Respondent No. 8 & 11.

It is submitted that instant matter is an after notice matter and there are ten respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that. M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocate has already entered caveat and Vakalatnama/apperance on behalf of the Respondent No.7 and the counsel has also filed Vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 1 to 6 & 9.

It is further submitted that M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocates has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent No. 1,5,6 & 9. Copy of the Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

PETITION FOR SPECIAL LEAVE TO APPEAL(CRL.) NO.336 OF 2015

It is submitted that instant matter is an after notice matter and there is sole respondents in the matter.

It is further submitted that M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocates has filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of Sole Respondent but the Counsel has not filed vakalatnama/appearance so far. However M/s Karanjawala & Co, Advocates has already entered caveat with vakalatnama/appearance in respect of common respondent in connected Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No 326 of 2015. Copy of the Counter Affidavit is being circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

Service of Show Cause Notice is incomplete.

It is lastly submitted that the Hon'ble Court vide its order dated 09.01.2015 while directing issue of notice to the unserved respondents has not passed the order for effecting dasti service. However, Ms. Ruchi Kohli Counsel for the Petitioner in Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No 324326 of 2015 has filed affidavit of dasti service with proof of service in respect of all respondents except on Respondent No.10 in Special Leave Petition(Crl.) No. 325 of 2015 on whose behalf courier receipt has been filed.
