The matters abovementioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court on 27.11.2015 when the he was pleased to pass the following Order:

"The respondent No. 1 shall be at liberty to file the counter affidavit within a period of four weeks.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioner shall file the affidavit in proof of dasti service of notice already issued to the other respondents within four weeks. List the matter again on 05.02.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Mohit Kuamr Shah, counsel for the respondent No. 1 has not filed counteraffidavit in SLP (C) No. 25699 of 15 and 25700 of 2015, so far.

It is further submitted that Mr. Rajesh Singh Chauhan, Advocate has on 01.02.2016 vakalatnama on behalf of respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 25701/2015, but no counteraffidavit has been filed, so far.

It is again submitted that Mr. Navin Prakash, Advocate has on 01.02.2016 filed vakalatnama on behalf of respondent Nos. 10 to 12 in the main matter which are common in SLP (C) No. 25700 of 2015 and SLP (C) No. 25701 of 2015 but no counter affidavit has been filed, so far. AD card duly signed has been received back from the respondent No. 2 in SLP (C) No. 25669 of 2015.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed affidavit of dasti service, so far.

Service of remaining respondents is still incomplete.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
