"Four weeks time as last chance is given to the respondent No. 1 to file the counter affidavit. The appearing respondents shall be at liberty to file the counteraffidavit within a period fo four weeks. Ld. Counsel for the petitioner is directed to take fresh steps in respect of the unserved respondents within four weeks.

List the matter again on 28.03.2016."

It is submitted that Mr. Rajesh Singh Chouhan, Advocate has on 18.02.2016 filed counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No.1 in SLP(C) No. 25701/2015.

It is further submitted that counsel for the respondent No. No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 25699/2015 has not filed counteraffidavit despite last opportunity.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Samir Ali Khan, Advocate has on filed spare copies accordingly showcause notice was only issued on 15.03.2016 to the unserved respondent Nos. 2 to 9 in SLP(C) No. 25699/2015, respondent No. 1 in SLP(C) No. 25700/2015 and respondent Nos. 2, 3 & 8 in SLP(C) No. 25701/2015.

Service of notice is awaited.

The matters are listed before the Ld. Registrar's Court with this office report.
