It is submitted that the Writ Petition alongwith application above-mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.07.2015, when the Court was pleased to inter-alia pass the following order:

"...As far as the State of Tamil Nadu is concerned, it is submitted by Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu that the date of examination was 12th July, 2015, and merit list has been published on 16th July, 2015.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India shall obtain instructions as to what redemption steps can be taken so that apparent injustice cannot be caused.

Let the matter be listed on 27th July, 2015, for the purpose of consideration of case of Tamil Nadu."
