UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Heard Mr. Amol B. Karande, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Ajay Sharma, learned counsel for the Union of India, Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, learned Standing Counsel for the

State of A.P., Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, learned Standing Counsel for the State of Telangana and Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel for the State of Tamil Nadu.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties, it is directed that the State of Andhra Pradesh and the State of Telangana shall permit the students outside the States of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to appear in the entrance examination for Super-Specialty courses, which is going to be held on 9th August, 2015. The candidates who are inclined to appear in the examination can submit their application online with the competent authority within a week hence. In case the applications have already been submitted, no further application shall be filed. They shall be permitted to sit in the examination.

As far as the State of Tamil Nadu is concerned, it is submitted by Mr. V. Giri, learned senior counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu that the date of examination was 12th July, 2015, and merit list has been published on 16th July, 2015.

Mr. Gaurav Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the Medical Council of India shall obtain instructions as to what redemption steps can be taken so that apparent injustice cannot be caused.
