UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

I.A. No.2 and 3, applications for impleadment stand allowed.

As 134 persons are being impleaded, similar number of copies be handed over to Mr. B. Balaji, learned counsel, to eff ect service on the selected candidates as the same is within the knowledge of the State. Copies shall be handed over within three days.

The matter relating to Tamil Nadu shall be taken up after the judgment in respect of State of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana is pronounced.
