The appellants are before this court assailing the judgment dated 06.03.2014 passed by the Division Bench of the High Court upholding the order dated 01.10.2012 passed by the learned Single Judge. Though, the learned counsel for the appellants seeks to contend that the appellants had worked for a long period of more than three decades, keeping in view the fact that the High Court while taking note of these aspects had also kept in view that they were working as daily wagers and not against any sanctioned post is crucial. consideration in any event cannot be faulted. Therefore, we see no reason to interfere with the impugned order.
